    Send what you have

    Insurance certificates, licences and accreditations, policies (WHS, privacy, quality and similar), old tender responses, project notes and client references.

    We build the library

    Documents are named, dated and filed by type. We draft a capability statement and short past-performance examples from your own material, and record every expiry date.

  3. 03

    You fill the gaps

    You get a gap and expiry report showing what tenders commonly ask for that you don't have yet, and what lapses in the next 12 months. You review and approve every draft.

Small suppliers lose hours on every tender hunting for the same certificates and rewriting the same examples. We fix the repeat work once. All written content is drafted from your own documents and comes to you as a draft to edit. We don't invent experience or credentials.

FAQ

Is this professional or legal advice?

No. We organise your documents and draft content from them. We do not advise on whether you meet a tender's conditions or which insurance you need. Check each tender's requirements yourself.

Will this help me win tenders?

We can't promise that. It makes your documents easier to find and keep current, so less time goes on paperwork for each bid.

Why 5 business days rather than 2?

Building a library and writing past-performance examples from mixed material takes longer than a single check. If you have a tender closing sooner, tell us and we will say honestly whether we can help in time.

Do you verify my certificates?

No. We record what your documents say, including expiry dates. We do not confirm they are genuine or current with the issuer.

What happens to my documents?

We use them only to deliver your order. They are deleted 30 days after delivery and are never used to train AI models. You keep the finished library.
